It’s all in the Energy

“I just want some peace!” “Give me some peace!’ “Where can I find some peace?

Certainly I’m not alone in this search!  Nobody says life is easy in all its cliche’. I’ve accepted for years that there are peaks and valleys to contend with…we take the good with the bad…we sigh deeply sometimes and await some relief.  It comes, and for a time we forget what was before, rather like childbirth…we forget the pain…as we flush with pure unconditional love for our new arrival.

Come to find out in my advancing years, there is a steady course that I’ve been following unwittingly:  I learn as I go along, just as I’ve been doing since I became. Peace  is what I AM.  And, as I’ve been peeling away my onion for these many years, it reveals itself to me in the silence, when I’m willing and then able to release the chaos, the drama, the senseless hullaballoo of daily life and welcome in that ‘peace of God which passeth all understanding.’
It’s mine for the asking and for the taking.

Availing myself of this peace isn’t easy, however.  It takes mindfulness and intention to make it a priority within me,  It’s a practice which cannot be set aside.  It’s a habit which has to be formed within. It is NOW my spiritual practice.  I allow myself to get in touch with my Essence the best I can. There’s a space within me which opens up to me. I am learning that I can ‘cut connections’ which no longer serve me.  These are emotional connections which have been with me all my existence and I have been using and relying upon them like crutches, except they have been restricting and holding me back from new awareness and growth. It’s a matter of being very conscious of what triggers me. I am finding most triggers are no longer valid. I just have to consciously identify them and literally instruct myself to disengage them. It’s like giving myself an update like we update our computers and phones. As I remove the triggers, that space then  allows peace to enter.  Out with the old and in with the new!

Our brains aren’t creative, but our Essence is. Necessity is the mother of invention. My Essence is totally aware of what I don’t need in my human existence.

Blessed Be.  To All Be Blessed.  PEACE TO ALL.

All reveals itself in good time.   ~Gaya

Even at 85, I still think about where I am going in my life, and when I ask the questions I have to answer to myself!  There never is a time in our lives when we can just skip on…without responsibility.

How I try to polish myself, to improve my way of thinking and doing, to the end of more joy and peace in my life is reflected by the ‘outside’ of my life.  There’s no fooling anyone, in particular myself!

When life serves us well, it is evidenced by how each day unfolds.  I know  my ‘countenance’.  I know by how my newly acquired canine friend responds/reacts to me.  I know by how well I get to sleep at night.  I know by how many times I sit in gratitude and amazement when I take the time to take my own inventory.

Life is personal in every single way.  There isn’t a mask I could wear which would hide the truth about me.  There isn’t an excuse I might utter that erases what IS.

When I decided to dig to my authenticity it became my path to freedom.  When I came to the place that I could slowly lift the veils of deception, and emerge in plain view, I realized the sun continued to shine just as brightly on me!   I was able to see where I wanted to begin the work of changing myself and in this process, Life became more meaningful.

Whatever goes on around me is the ultimate predictor. When I participate in Life, I realize how well I am taking care of myself and my responsibilities which I have chosen to assume.  I am realizing more and more that I am becoming the Observer.  It’s an internal experience.  Opinions don’t matter, Inner Peace matters.

Life always comes back to NOW.  It is all there is… NOW.  I recall my coined phrase of long ago, “Everything is as unimportant as it is Important.” There are no degrees of honesty. It’s a continuous deep dig!

Blessed Be.  To All Be Blessed.  Stay Safe. Be Well.

It’s not ‘same old, same old’;  I realize I make my life  ‘same new, same new’!

So, folks, I made my move.  I’ve accomplished making a new thought come true.  It’s about creation.  It’s about listening to my inner voice.  It’s about self-fulfillment, satisfaction, and self-motivation.  Now that I’m here and settling into my new home, I have turned a new page in my life, and there are new horizons…literally.  Life now presents a newness to me, and my feelings are that I’ve been waiting and readying myself for this time  and NOW THIS IS THE TIME TO ENJOY IT FULLY.

I don’t feel alone.  I don’t feel lost. I feel more like I have found newness in my life.  New friends, new scenery, new creativity, and most of all, I feel comfortable with all of it. This is living!

I am now catching the dream at my DreamCatcher Ranch!  There’s lots to do here. And, I have the desire and time to spend doing it!  There’s no rush…just greeting each day with enthusiasm and gratitude and an optimistic attitude. (Wait a minute…isn’t this the way it’s supposed to be every day? YES!)   And I realize I am always responsible for making it so.  Making a move out of state may sound a bit radical, but apparently, it was what I needed.  I guess the point is, when I recognized I had impetus for making this big change, it felt easy and doable and ultimately it was. Things fell into place…I had lots of help…there was no push and shove…and looking back, it really does feel like it was meant to be.  I guess all things we do are meant to be.

Life is a gift of experience and learning. And, it’s by our own doing we liven things up when we see we are ready for newness and change.  There will always be something around the next corner I guess.  But Here and NOW, I am grateful for recognizing what all has gone into this life I am living right NOW.

I am mindful of a daily prayer:

This morning I will say, something great is on the way, God sends his blessings to me.

God is the light of my life, the source of my imagination, God in the midst of me knows.

He gives me food for thought, ideas for excellent service, divine intelligence and an abundance of faith.

God in his love pours forth his goodness upon me and my life and world show forth his perfect order.

You are Life.   ~Gaya

We’ve all heard ‘Never say Never’, right?  And too, we’ve all heard ‘Always follow your Dreams’! Well, I’ve done that, and at 84 years old, I am embarking on what I’ll call another journey…one that I’ve dreamed of since I was five years old.  I’ve written about it in this blog from time-to-time as well:  Finding my ‘ranchy thing’.

At 5:15 A.M. Tuesday, August 31st, I drove 341 miles to a smaller town (approx. 25,000 population) in New Mexico, met with my realtor, viewed 6 houses, made an offer on one, came back to Phoenix the next morning, put my house up for sale, sold it that following weekend, and since then have been performing my due diligence bringing this matter together.  Plans are I will be moving to New Mexico on October 28th.  Everything has gone very smoothly…no push and shove.

I found my “DreamCatcher Ranch”!

It seemed like this two-acre spot has been waiting for me.  When I viewed the property online, it felt like it was meant to be mine, and when I saw it that day and walked into the house it felt like home.  The trip certainly was worth it.

These past many years I have lived a full life, had some wonderful experiences, came through some difficult times too,  and I’ve always held the special place in my heart and mind for the ‘ranchy place’.  I put the dream on hold more than once, and one time actually said, “I’m done looking!”  That was my brain speaking but not my heart.  Recently, when I revved up my motor again, it was quite unexpected, but there was a newfound energy with it.  All of a sudden the pieces began to fit together, and as I wrote above, the events unfolded and I’m here writing about it a short 3+ weeks later!

Interestingly, when I embarked on the move to Phoenix for the final time 30 years ago, my eldest son made the trip with me.  I was so excited to finally get here.  Now, I’ll be riding with my other son with the same excitement to an adjoining Southwestern state…  an expansion of my horizon.  My life is coming full circle, as I see it.  This move isn’t completing me, it is fulfilling me.  It feels so comfortable and I am ready for it.

I hope this message is inspiring to others.  Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed.  Experiences are meant to be had through the choices we make for ourselves. Dreams are meant to be fulfilled.

Miracles do happen! I am so grateful for every moment, every NOW.

You had this in you all the time, Kaye.  When you speak of property,

you say, ‘Location, Location, Location’…when you speak of

manifesting your dreams, we say, “Timing, Timing, Timing”.   ~Gaya

Blessed Be. To All Be Blessed.  Stay Safe and Be Well.

Thank you Human Brain for leading me to unpredictable places of introspection and learning and growth and expansion of my conscious awareness!

I’m working with Gratitude.  I am grateful for everything good in my life, and this means everything in my life!  Did you notice that I have not conditionally stated I am not grateful for the bad in my life?  Why, because as I’m ‘seeing’ things there really isn’t any bad in my life if I have learned from the experience, which has ultimately meant something good in my life because I am a better person for it!

I see my Spirit Brain as a stream of intelligence  which doesn’t extrapolate from human experience.  It accepts the flow of activity and there is no separation.  It is the Human Brain which makes the distinction of separation.  It is the Human Brain which labels, differentiates, compares and competes for the illusive separation.  It is the Human Brain which concludes there is unhappiness, pain, dissatisfaction, and disruption in the human condition.  The Spirit Brain streams “…merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, life is but a dream”!

Presently there are three individuals in my life which my Human Brain categorizes as ‘difficult to be around’.  Yet, in meditation this morning, I recognized that we are composed of the same stardust.  My Spirit Brain takes no issue…The Intelligence doesn’t qualify or quantify.  The Intelligence just IS and has no problem with anything.

I’m on the ledge of new understanding. A big and very heavy veil is beginning to lift. My Human Brain is trying very hard to lower the Ego to the point that “Everything is as Unimportant as it is Important”…a phrase I coined years ago.  It’s like nudging myself to walk into a room filled with everyone and everything else and just blending in.  No different than adding water to an already half-filled glass.

Enjoy the Privilege of Living Life and Enjoy the Journey as we enter 2021.

Blessed Be.  To All Be Blessed.  Stay Safe and Well.

Continue to stretch and raise the bar of understanding.

You always know where you are leading yourself.   ~Gaya

Today in meditation, I spent more time – longer than ever before – as I wandered around in my mind, situating myself with the IT…The answers I keep trying to find.

I have this mind which governs the day-to-day  choices I make as a human being, and these human choices create the activities and experiences and emotions and solutions and resolutions I have in response to it all. I realized in my silence that there is so much repetition, so much recurrence of the same old same old…like I never seem to get through IT, or get IT done! Furthermore, I also realized that because I know how long I have spent on IT, I can reasonably conclude that I have done all I have  to do, I don’t need to concern myself with IT anymore, and I can trust that God, Universe, Source Energy, Creator concur!

I’m letting go of the lead rope!  IT can handle ITSELF!

I am a Spiritual Being.  At Essence I am totally whole and innocent. When I became, I had properties which I implemented at will. I implanted  into the human consciousness.  The Spirit is in the human journey of experience.  The human being creates its reality.  I’ve been aware for some time of the ‘split’, i.e., my spirit beingness and my humanness, but until today in meditation, I had never realized the two plateaus could be observed simultaneously.  I observed what Kaye has been up to, what her consciousness has been concentrating on, right along with what Spirit was sensing:  This is my time to understand the relationship between the two minds, if you will.

My Spirit wants to keep on going.  It doesn’t want to be waylaid for any length of time on an experiential event…it wants to continue to learn and advance consciousness through experience. which has to do with the human choices.  The human mind thinks it is optimum…that it’s all-powerful, that it’s IT.  But, it is not!  The Spirit is IT!

I am consciously allowing my Spirit Mind to lead me through this concept.  I want to continue on….I feel fulfilled and finally, I think  I am better resonating and integrating all of the words I have  ever said and written – in my books, my posters, my posts, these blogs, my comments.  There is more to just believing something…one has to fully integrate and resonate and then very consciously live it…this is what being Mindful is all about I guess… Understanding more and more.  It is the PEACE OF GOD.

Make no mistake, this is no ‘arrival’; however, it is a huge understanding as I see it. I am peeking into my two minds:  My Spiritual Mind and my Human Mind.  The Ego has no place in the Spiritual Mind. The Spiritual Mind is loving and non-judgmental, encompassing whatever the human mind chooses.  The Spiritual Mind has Patience and Understanding, and offers Intuition and Wisdom to the human mind.  I am choosing to link my human mind with my Spiritual Mind to expand my conscious awareness and exalt my  human experience.

Blessed Be to All.  Stay Safe and Be Well.

I’m not going to wait to see what the ‘New Normal’ is going to be!  I’ve been configuring my ‘new normal’ for the past few years as I keep changing myself ‘UP’ and ‘FORWARD’ the best way I know how…and this continues to be with a lot of outside help!

Doesn’t it seem curious that Covid-19 had to present itself, before the world society as a whole had to go into crises mode and begin to take LIFE seriously?

Before this pandemic, we were caught up in the fires in Australia, and the drug pandemic and terrorism and school shootings, to say nothing of our own personal life tantrums, everyday lives, births and deaths which are always ongoing.

Years ago, I was told by a boss  he didn’t think I took life seriously.  This remained a quandary in my mind for years…I really didn’t know what he had meant.  I gave him tribute  in my first book:  “To the late ‘Odie’, who said to me, ‘Kaye, I don’t think you take yourself seriously!’.  I carried his words with me without full grasp for more than 30 years.  This wise man spoke to my future enlightenment and made his mark upon my Soul.  His message holds a remarkable place within me and he deserves this special tribute. I know he is aware.”

What is it about the human nature that is so peculiar to each of us when it comes to what ‘reaches’ us?  I know it isn’t the same for everyone.  It seems we have a stubbornness, or a bullish attitude, or some kind of inner stance that necessitates a ‘leg sweep’, bringing us to our own ‘bottom hit’, before something miraculous is able to happen…before we finally grab hold of a perceived threat and get serious within ourselves.  WHAT A SHAME IT HAS TO COME TO THAT!

It’s like we offer up continuous dares to God, Source Energy, the Universe, the Creator, as if our lives were  our own whimsical success story no matter what we did or didn’t do!

Fact!  I have to take even better care of myself.  I have to be even more aware of my surroundings.  I have to realize how imminently connected I am physically with everything and everyone around me at all times.  I have to think more outside the box when it comes to my personal safety.  I have to realize that unseen catastrophes can be averted when I am more mindful living in the NOW.

What I am suggesting to myself is that I need to live more carefully, less carelessly, with less assumption that things are the same more than they are different or changing. The World Is Changing All The Time.   I may not be able to keep up with all of the advances in science and technology and medicine, but I am able to continuously take better care of myself within the societal landscape of my own life.

A neighborhood acquaintance came to my door yesterday…apparently, in total disregard of our current ‘stay home if you don’t have to go out’ ground rules.  I was astonished.  It seemed he came for a social visit.  I immediately asked him to step back and keep his distance…I had no plans to invite him in.  People do strange things!

We’ve been told when we’re behind the wheel of a car, to be a defensive driver.  I think the time has come that we have to become a ‘defensive liver!’  We have to beware and stand ready to take action against thoughtless behaviors of others.  Socially, it seems we are inclined to give leeway to another, giving one the benefit of the doubt, but I think these days are now over.  Instead of being our brother’s/sister’s keeper, we have to be more mindful to make sure our brother/sister is more responsible, by virtue of our own responsibility to self.  We have to always be thinking in the name of the common good.  We cannot be permitting or allowing, in the face of worrying about hurting another’s feelings.  Time has come that we’ve been rapped on the head…or, I’ll say, I feel the rap on my own head…I’ve got to stand up in a different way for my welfare, my safety, my peace and my calm.  IT’S ABOUT BEING MATTER-OF-FACT ABOUT LIFE.

The Times, They Are A-changin’.  I will be more responsible for my place in this world, in my home, my neighborhood and how I view my life.  Life is indeed serious business…it always has been.  Nothing should be taken for granted.

It is good when one recognizes just how precious everything under creation is.   ~Gaya

Blessed Be.  To All Be Well and Safe.

I AM more than a body and a personality!  I AM a spiritual being living in a human condition, inextricably connected to, and loved and supported unconditionally by, God, Universe, Source, Creator, since I became.

It has been in this 82nd year of my life that I’ve come to know and believe with understanding the above statement….and Oh, What a Mind-Blowing Comfort It Is!

“Living” in the spiritual sense, is not personal at all.  My Essence, the Soul, the Higher Consciousness, my Higher Self,  my Intuitive Wisdom, is IT!  There is no judgment..there is “the interactive passage of energy between us”, the descriptive definition I first gave to this blog, Liferays.net, almost five years ago…but I didn’t fully understand this when I did it!

“Living” in the human sense, however, is very personal I have thoughts, my attention and intention, which become choices and actions which create my world. This is my personal power and my Higher Self is in constant communication with me, offering information and  awareness and enlightenment to the degree which I can understand it.

My heart is in direct communication with my Essence and these huge forces of nature have continuously supported my human existence toward one end:  To realize my true self.

I realize now that life is  serious personal business.  It is absolutely important that I concentrate on my human connection to my spiritual essence so I can relieve myself of all worry, anger and fear.  There is a Divine Mind in the spiritual plane which I can choose to think about.  This Divine Mind is part of me, and it is up to me to become a part of IT.

How do I go about bringing myself closer to that which created me?  I think it begins with Gratitude and  an acknowledgment of the myriad Blessings which come from a bottomless urn. This way of thinking is a state of being…it comes directly from my heart.  It feels holy.  As I continue to practice this, trying to make the connection, I get glimpses of how superficial and limiting the human existence really is.  All the labels and judgments and programming of  the mind are so inhibiting and restrictive, so fraudulent and withholding.

I become a small-minded person, and I am so far away from my spiritual essence, when I put such emphasis on the worldly things.  Take “Love” for instance.  It is an overview,  not a performance. I see it as an understanding of  ‘live and let live’ joined with the compassion of “How can I help you?”.

I am committing to devoting just one hour a week toward thinking on connecting with the Divine Mind.  Through a Wayne Dyer course I have been introduced to new reading and this will further my attention and intention to this end.  The Impersonal Self,  and The Life and Teachings of the Masters of the Far East (6 vols.).

My spiritual practice is important to me.  I already am realizing the benefits from my conscious endeavor.  In my mind’s eye, I’m a member of a spiritual team which will continue to infinitely love and support me unconditionally.  This is a Powerful Presence.

Each new Awareness presents a New Beginning.   ~Gaya

THIS IS MY MUSE FOR THIS DAY.

Why is it so difficult to believe ourselves?  When speaking to others, lots of times a person will say, “honestly” or “to be honest”, in their sentences…as if they think they aren’t being believed.  Maybe a person is so used to saying lots of things that are more an illusion or even a delusion, than an actual fact.  Maybe people are so used to saying anything they want to say at any given time when they’re trying to make  their point….and they’re more interested in making that point and furthermore, being right, that they aren’t even clocking the actual words they are saying!  And just maybe, that’s why they can’t even take their own counsel when it comes to living their lives, and doing what they think they ought to do, instead of asking for someone else’s opinion…or bringing along a gang with them for reinforcement!

This business of life requires self-confidence and self-trust.  We gain this ability by trying new things, taking risks, dipping our feet into new waters…dreaming, taking our own hints when it comes to how we really do know ourselves.  Yes, we know ourselves the best!  We always have!  If we weren’t so consumed about what others were thinking about us, and if we weren’t so misled to believe that their opinions really mattered, and if we didn’t put more stock into what another person said, and instead put more stock into what we say and think about ourselves and what we want to be up to,  WE’D BE HAVING THE TIME OF OUR LIVES ALL OF THE TIME AS WE ENJOY THE PRIVILEGE OF LIVING OUR LIVES!

Most of us have already figured out if we made a mistake, we can redo it.  Yes, even those who paid a high price for some decisions have made stupendous comebacks, socially or physically, because they knew if they placed their attention to something and added an intention to it, and they felt sincere about what they were trying to accomplish, they knew they could try againNO MATTER WHAT ANYONE  SAID ABOUT ANYTHING!  You see, BIG NEWS is,  all we need to do is champion ourselves, trust ourselves and be confident that our honest opinion about ourSelf,  Bar None, is and always will be more accurate than that of anyone else.

Blessed Be.  To All Be Blessed.

Your capability is inextricable from us.  ~Gaya
